Just starting

Hello to everyone! I am just starting this blog, so I hope I remember how to do it. I have never created my own before. This is kind of cool. I am doing this for a class assignment. Let's hope it is right. I am a 6th grade science teacher in a small rural school in southern Ohio. We have a lot low socioeconomic students at my school and not a lot of higher functioning students. There just isn't much to do in our area that is within a school bus drive away. All the bigger cities would take us a couple of hours to get to. Well, I am going to post this and see what happens. If it works, then I will be back to get started on my assignment. I am in the Integrating Technology masters program through Walden University. This is an alternative assignment, instead of writing a paper. Hope to see you soon!!
